Prices for Prescribed Burns We are booked!! Prices may vary due to location and support from county officials. We reserve the right not to burn in counties that do not support stewardship or prescribed burning. If your county is in a burn ban, then an additional fee of $5-10/acre will be added to the prices above. The additional fee is not due to the logistics of the fire, but the increased paperwork necessary to meet the state standards for the exemption.

Counties that have
the most progressive prescribed burn programs will have
a lower number of wildfires, decreased size of
wildfires, and lowest intensity wildfires. Counties that have the most progressive burn ban programs without supporting prescribed burning will eventually have the highest number of wildfires, increased size of wildfires, and increased intensity of wildfires. |
